Who I Am & Why I Created Seasons Within
I created Seasons Within because cycle syncing was one of the very first steps I took in healing my own nervous system. As a nervous system optimization coach, breathwork facilitator, and student somatic practitioner, I needed a way to finally understand why my energy, emotions, and capacity changed so much throughout the month. Learning to honor my inner seasons changed everything — it gave me language, compassion, and a deeper connection to my body than I had ever felt before. I built this program to give you the same thing: a clear, supportive, science-meets-soul guide to the cyclical rhythms your body has been trying to communicate all along.
