After prolonged periods of stress or compounded stress we tend to disconnect from our emotions & our body's sensations. A lot of clients share the same concerns... Feeling like they can't connect to others, can't emotionally respond even in good times, they feel as though they are watching their life through a glass wall or floating through it. I believe healing comes in waves all throughout life, as a society we have seemed to place an expectation on healing. It seems like it's expected to always be this intense & dark storm we have to fight for our life through. It doesn't have to be that way. In a typical bottom down approach, so much processing & integrating is missed simply because the body is still holding onto your trauma & stagnant energy. My work is a bottom up approach (body to mind) because a whopping 80% of mind & body communication is BODY TO MIND. During our time together we will focus on expanding your capacity to feel ALL sensations & emotions because as intense as the heavy or constricting ones feel we tend to shy away from the expansive yummy sensations too.

In the Optimized Stage of our nervous system coaching, we go beyond regulation and step into mastery. This is where you begin to truly listen to your body—not just to calm it, but to co-create with it. Together, we deepen your relationship with your nervous system so that you no longer feel like you're constantly managing symptoms, but instead honoring the signals, rhythms, and intelligence within you.

You’ll learn how to recognize the subtleties of your state shifts and respond with precision and compassion. This stage is all about sustainable integration—understanding your body’s capacity and needs on a moment-by-moment basis, and adjusting your life accordingly. Whether that means adjusting your pace, setting new boundaries, or up-leveling your routines, we tailor it to support your thriving.

The Optimized Stage is where embodiment becomes second nature. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what’s right for your system. This is where the tools you've learned evolve into a way of being, and your nervous system becomes a trusted ally rather than a battlefield.

These sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly, and are designed to gently guide you into greater safety, capacity, and connection with your body. This option also includes ongoing support between sessions through text and voice messaging, so you’re fully held throughout the process.

I’m Korinna — a breathwork guide, nervous system optimization coach, and devoted student of what it means to be fully alive in a human body. My mission is to help people stop simply surviving and start truly living by reconnecting with the wisdom of their nervous system.

After walking through my own dark night of the soul, I realized that the path back to myself wasn’t through perfection or performance — it was through presence. I believe that when we learn how to listen to our bodies, tend to our inner child, and regulate our nervous system with care and consistency, we unlock a deeper capacity for joy, connection, and wholeness.

I’m here to guide you back to the truth of who you are — not by fixing you, but by helping you befriend your system, heal old patterns at the root, and expand into the most aligned version of your human experience.
